By accessing or using Madmun.ai ("Service"), operated by Madmun AI ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service
Madmun provides AI-powered trading signals and market analysis through subscription plans. Our Service includes:

Trading signals generated by proprietary AI algorithms
Market analysis and insights
Performance tracking and reporting
Optional managed investment services (Ultra Premium only)

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Available Plans
- Standard: Basic signal access
- Premium: Enhanced signals and features
- Premium Plus: Full signal suite with 15% ROI guarantee
- Ultra Premium: Fully managed investment through partner family offices
3.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly/annually in advance
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior to renewal date
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our ROI guarantee
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
3.3 ROI Guarantee (Premium Plus only)
- We guarantee 15% annual ROI or a full subscription refund
- Guarantee applies only to Premium Plus subscribers
- Requires following all provided signals precisely
- Annual performance measured from subscription start date
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of anniversary
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days upon approval

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Use signals solely for personal investment decisions
Not redistribute, resell, or share signals
Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Investment Disclaimers
IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURES:

Trading involves substantial risk of loss
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Our signals are informational only, not personalized investment advice
You should consult with qualified financial advisors
We are not registered investment advisors or broker-dealers
You may lose more than your initial investment

6. Intellectual Property
All Service content, including but not limited to:

AI algorithms and methodologies
Trading signals and analysis
Website content and design
Trademarks and logos

Are owned by Madmun AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Share or redistribute signals to non-subscribers
Use automated systems to access the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
Manipulate or provide false performance data
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Ultra Premium Managed Services
For Ultra Premium subscribers:

Investment execution handled by licensed partner family offices
Separate agreements required with partner entities
Madmun provides signals only; partners handle execution
Additional fees may apply through partner relationships
Madmun AI does not access or control client funds in any capacity

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any trading losses
Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
We are not responsible for third-party actions
Force majeure events excuse performance

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madmun AI, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your trading decisions
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time
We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations
Upon termination, access to signals ceases immediately
Termination does not affect prior obligations

13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration

Arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE
Each party bears its own costs
Class actions are waived

14. General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Madmun AI regarding the Service.
14.3 Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
14.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
14.5 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor.
